2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for most of our services. During this period:

  • You can cancel at any time without charge
  • No payment is required during the trial period
  • Full access to plan features is provided
  • Automatic billing begins only after the trial period ends

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions
  • You retain access to services until the end of the paid period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Partial refunds may be considered for unused months in exceptional circumstances
  • Enterprise plans may have custom refund terms as specified in contracts

4. Voice AI Services

For Voice AI agent services, special conditions apply:

  • Usage-based charges (per-call fees) are non-refundable
  • Monthly/annual subscription fees follow standard refund policy
  • Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable after completion
  • Custom development work is subject to separate refund terms

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom development and integration work

6.2 Processing Times

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days

  • Cryptocurrency payments: Case-by-case basis

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may provide refunds outside of this policy in cases of:
